isabel endara

isabel has a master's degree in environmental education and a doctorate in educational science with a specialization in research and planning awarded by the central university of ecuador and the technical university of loja respectively. isabel has over 16 years of experience as researcher and coordinator in various projects and relies on extensive knowledge in management of biodiversity, protected areas and wildlife. being national director of biodiversity within the ecuadorian ministry of environment her main focused was on proposing and implementing policies and strategies related to the conservation of biodiversity (protected areas, fragile ecosystems, wildlife, biosecurity and access to genetic resources), monitoring and coordinating the implementation of strategies, action plans and agreements related to the management of biodiversity.
